Berman Cosmetic Surgery

Designing for Berman Cosmetic Surgery required two distinct visual languages to address different patient psychologies: a high-end, lifestyle-oriented aesthetic for SmartLipo to build aesthetic trust with women, and a more masculine, privacy-focused layout for Gynecomastia to reassure male patients. The conversion rate is 3.1%, as the high cost of procedures often requires a longer consideration phase from the user. By tailoring the UI to these specific demographics, these pages aim for an average time-on-page of 2.5 to 3 minutes, proving that the design successfully balanced emotional appeal with the technical credibility necessary to move a lead from "researching" to "booking a consultation."
